According to the terms and conditions contained herein, RUBYS FINE JEWELRY will replace any chain returned by customer (hereinafter referred to as "Chain"} that is either broken, kinked, or otherwise damaged when worn by the consumer through normal use excluding customer abuse. This does not include hollow, lightweight or chains under 3mm wide). Items returned must not have been altered in any way and must bear the Q6, QGI, or manufacturer’s trademark. When replacing such Chain, RUBYS FINE JEWELRY will use its best efforts to give the customer the exact weight Chain in return, however because of the manufacturing process such Chain has an approximate lO%+/- weight variance factor. The customer will be responsible to pay for any and all weight variance charges, it there are any, plus all shipping, handling and insurance charges to and from RUBYS FINE JEWELRY.
In cases where styles have been changed or discontinued, RUBYS FINE JEWELRY will use its best efforts to match the style as closely as possible. At no time is RUBYS FINE JEWELRY required to manufacture or to obtain a replacement chain. RUBYS FINE JEWELRY reserves the right to substitute styles as long as the weight is approximately the same. There may be a small weight difference up or down. Precious metal prices fluctuate daily and the replacement will be credited and invoiced on the date of replacement at current gold pricing.
When sending Chain for replacement under this lifetime warranty you must provide RUBYS FINE JEWELRY with your name, return address information, phone number, each style bogged individually with RUBYS FINE JEWELRY’s sku number, original invoice number, and the gram weight of your return.
We guarantee that you will love your purchase; however, if you're not 100% satisfied, we will make it right. You can return or exchange items purchased directly with RUBYS FINE JEWELRY up to 15 days after the shipping (30 days international). This does not apply to any Special Orders.
If RUBYS FINE JEWELRY is at fault for ANY order errors, we cover the cost of everything to make it right. We stand behind our product, but more importantly, we stand behind our customers. If your item becomes damaged (excluding customer abuse) within 60 days of purchasing, you can send it back and we will have it repaired.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, make sure that you return the merchandise back to our showroom within 15 days of shipping. Items must be unworn, have tags still attached, and original packaging intact including any gift boxes and, or certificates of authenticity which were included.
Returned merchandise needs to be inspected upon receiving. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. We will request a refund with our card processor once the inspection of the jewelry is cleared. Please note, if our quality control team deems that your item is worn, we cannot process your return. In this case, we will contact you immediately.
